Extended hours are available by prior arrangement with the physician. Appointments may be made by calling us at 860-482-6513. A credit card is required when booking appointments. This office makes every attempt to run on time. However, we cannot do this without your cooperation. Please plan to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment, and check in with the receptionist upon arrival in the waiting room. If you are late, you inconvenience other patients. Rarely, the physician will have an emergency that causes the office schedule to be modified.

Cancellations
A $75 non-refundable fee is required when booking a new patient consultation. Consultation appointments may only be rescheduled once in the event of an emergency or if the office is given at least 48 hours notice. The $75 consultation fee may be applied to any procedure booked after the consultation.
Financial Policies
Payment is due prior to all treatments. Packages and series are payable in full prior to the first treatment. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There is a $35 charge for returned checks. Financing is available through CareCredit®. All of the services performed by Litchfield Laser Skin Care, LLC are considered cosmetic, and are not covered by insurance.
